1. How is the cost for lawn maintenance work calculated?
The cost is calculated according to the size of the yard, type of grass, and obstacles. Obstacles may be trees, bushes, flowerbeds, hills, lights, and stones. Obstacles require extra trim work and might affect the pricing of lawn maintenance.
2. How often does the lawn needs to be maintained?
Generally, during the high season, it is every one or two weeks, depending on the type of grass and weather. Some grass types growing faster and require more frequent cuts. During our initial consultation, we will be able to determine how often the grass will need to be cut.
3. What is the typical season period?
Season in Philadelphia starts on March 15th and ends on November 15th, every year. It is usually required at the beginning of the season to properly treat grass and extra clean-up time at the end of the season.
4. What are your payment options?
We accept all types of payments including the entire season prepayments where you will not be charged additional processing fees. When you pay with a check an additional $2.00 fee may be applied.

1. Do you offer planting services?
Yes, we can plant flowers, trees, barry trees, and all types of bushes. You can always arrange an on-site visit consulatation.
2. Can I book your gardening maintenance services on a regular basis?
Yes, you can. We are flexible and can arrange visits weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.
3. Can the Revyuk Land Design do something else for me, like attaching a fence panel or paint the garden door?
Yes, we often do some handy work around gardens, so we can paint, fix, replace, arrange, and install. You can always contact us for any help you might need around your garden and we will gladly be there for you.
Waste Disposal and Cleanups
1. Is waste disposal included in the price?
Waste disposal price will be included in the cost of the initial estimate. Please make sure to state during the time of the estimate that you would like us to dispose of the waste.
2. How much do you charge for additional waste disposal?
It really depends on the thickness of the grass, the amount, and the season. For example, if you would like us to dispose of all cut grass on every service it will be an additional 25% and up depending on the type of grass and size of the lawn.
3. Do clean overgrown or gardesns?
Yes – we work on all types of lawn and garden conditions. Each initial cleaning project requires an individual estimate.

1. What time of the day do you come?
Our crus start their schedule at 8 am in the morning. Some commercial projects request us to do early or late lawn maintenance and most of the time we are able to accommodate them as long as they are not in residential areas.
2. Do you work on Sundays or holidays?
Yes, we work on Sundays, when the weather during the week disrupted our schedule. For example, if Thursday was raining the schedule will be shifted one day. We try not to work holidays unless it is a weather emergency.
3. Do you do snow removal during winter snowstorms.
Yes, we do snow removal, but you will need to signup before the summer season ends.
